The car is an 86 base model camaro that was ls swapped. I installed the ac delco v8 heavy duty front and rear springs(clocked correctly to ensure equal height/level) ac delco shocks and struts, new tie rods, all control arm red polyurethane bushings, new ball joints, bmr rear control arms with new bushings.Factory panhard bar.
I can feel every bump literally. .. it rides rough but ok on smooth surface. I've read that you are not suppose to tighten everything while the car is off the ground, in which is exactly what I did because I didn't know that mattered.
Is this why I'm having a rough ride? Or can someone point me in the right direction please

I could be wrong, but my understanding is that if you install poly bushings, the car's suspension needs to be loaded. Meaning the suspension can't be hanging. ...you'll definitely feel more with poly. It's hard to know what your "feel" is, but I felt poly was too rough my taste. I prefer rubber bushings.

It's the stiff springs combined with the poly bushings. I prefer rubber bushings (even though they rot over time) for everything except sway-bar and torque arm...

Well that sucks regarding the springs because the v6 springs couldn't keep the 95 lt1 up when it was in the car, so I figured the iron 4.8 would yield the same results...... hence why I did the v8 springsOriginally Posted by T.L.

It sounds like your springs may be the issue, not the poly bushings. The poly does, without a doubt transfer more vibration/noise/feel etc. etc., but it's not jarring. It's just like constant background feedback. What springs are in the car now? Do you know what spring rate?

I once put new shocks on a car and sat it down too fast, causing the rubber isolator thingies inside to bind and prevent the shock from actually moving. Driving on those was the only time in my life I've ever experienced motion sickness.
I'm guessing that's not your issue, but you could jack the car up and verify the shocks are travelling freely.
Also, what happens when you put the old springs back in?

I found the receipts.
The rear springs are 518 lbs. I guess total
Moog CC635 Coil Spring Set
The front springs are
AC DELCO 45H0154
The rear shocks are
ACDelco 530-10 Professional Premium Gas Charged Rear Shock Absorber
The front struts are
FCS 331820
I have not check to see if shocks move but will when I get home
