install bushings

Lookin to redo my rear suspension. I bought new shocks and am probably gonna put new bushings but don't know anything about them. Is it hard to change the bushings or just as easy as the shocks. Just dont know anything about changing them, thanks. What are the tricky parts?

Which bushings do you mean? The swaybar, lower control arm, or panhard rod bushings?

Doesn't sound too hard. It's just a little tricky trying to teach yourself stuff on your everyday driver. thanks

panhard I managed to hammer in my new bushings with a rubber mallet I think. Pretty easy.

The LCAs had a metal shell (ES bushings), and I needed a shop to press them in for me, $20.

I think the panhard ones came out rather easily... I think I hammered them out? Maybe not.

For the LCA's, and probably the panhard, I just used my drill, and the cheapest drill bits I had, and drilled it into swiss cheese, then just pushed them out with my finger.
