1982-92 Camaro/Firebird Front End Service Kit

Has anyone purchased this Kit from Screaming Chicken? I have a 89 Camaro Iroc 350tpi and am thinking of purchasing it. And feedback would be appreciated

I used the kit on my '91 Z28 before I started selling them and was happy with it. The quality seemed better to me than Moog or other brands I've used in the past. We have them in stock, I change it on the website when we run out of something. Sometimes I'll pull the product completely if it is going to be more than a week or two before we have them again.

I've heard there have been issues with aftermarket idler arms and them not keeping the correct angle/alignment with the other components. Really Moog has been the guilty party in most articles and posts. Is Proforged better or are they also made by whoever makes Moog? Thanks!

They seem to be better, haven't had the same issues I had with Moog. Until the Proforged became available I was using ACDelco on the idler arm, but those seem like rebranded Moog now. I'm installing a front-end kit on my own car tomorrow, if I still have the idler arm that came off the car I'll compare them and get some pics. I don't have a Moog idler arm here to compare them to.

For what it's worth this was a question I had when deciding on which steering components to go with for my build, the small number of people that I asked on TGO all said they had no issues with the Proforged idler arms along with any other steering parts from Proforged. All of the Proforged parts that I put on my car all seem like good quality parts
