Can you buy stock front lower control arms anywhere or is the only option for new to get tubular “upgrades”? I’m in the UK so I don’t have the option of scouring the junkyards for a replacement.

They're the same ones that are also for S trucks and some body styles of cars, including A & G bodies. Astro vans too. Only difference is the details of the steering stop, which you can remove and replace with a bolt and make it adjustable.
