Trick Chassis 9 Inch Clash

Does anyone else use a fabricated Trick Chassis 9 inch and Spohn torque arm? My car is a little low, but not slammed to the ground and the torque arm and mount are beating the hell out of the tunnel sheet metal. Anyone else seen this?

It's a similar design to Moser. The top bolt hits the floor. It will "clearance" itself and we move on.

I have a Quick Performance 9 inch with bracket and a Founders torque arm. The front of the torque arm will hit at full compression but It has clearanced itself a bit.

That's just how it is.
as long as it's not tearing your car apart, just leave it. Maybe cut off some threads on the bolt.my 10 bolt with a Founders Tq-arm touches a little if I'm at full race speeds and hit a bump on track.
and that's with 400lb rear road race springs.

Re: Trick Chassis 9 Inch Clash

Thanks is for all the feedback. I looks like I can live with the self-clearancing of the tunnel. My new concern is that the filler cap on the rearend has scraped the bottom of my plastic fuel tank. I may see if I can find a smaller filler cap and/or glue a pad onto the bottom of the tank.

That stainless braided hose is going to cut into that plastic fuel tank.

Edit: Oops, infinite scroll got me. Didn't mean to reply to an old thread.
