What's up guys new here,break down bought the car a couple years back. getting close to pulling the old 350 out. Here's a tricks chassis fab 9 with mostly umi suspension. The rear bolted on right in no -issue some suspension will b swapped out as my thoughts on the car has changed. Any questions or critics feel free as im learning a lot as I go but always trying to learn or help

I have a trick chassis 9" as well and the fit was really good. So much so that I didn't have to adjust pinion angle or LCA length. My only complaints, kinda noisy at speed. I knew this would likely be the case, which in of itself I don't care, but it always gives you that uneasy feeling of "is everything ok". The second is the drain plug. It doesn't have a shoulder or an internal stop so you could get into trouble if you were to thread it in too far and lose it inside. It also takes a thread sealer which mixes with the gear oil and has a slight slight leak. I just need to get a different plug I suppose.

Seems to b a ongoing issue with the plug,gonna take it for a hit soon and see how she reacts. I had to adjust the pinion. But was from me Mounting coilover.

i gotta get one of these axles...

i dont want to go the 8.8 approach, as i have a few centers laying around with gears in them now.
Plus just saying you have a 9" sounds more impressive.

beats the old 10 bolt that was in it tested it yesterday I need to make some minor adjustments. She hooked good but I did feel a little binding.adjustments on the coilovers and TA should have it all set.
