Upgrading Rear Calipers

Okay a friend of mine with a '90 IROC (not a 1le car) bought an aftermarket brake set-up and doesn't need his old rear calipers anymore and he asked if me if wanted them. Well my GTA rear calipers have stripped brake bleeder screws and i'll need to replace/rebuild those anyway but the local parts houses want $90 for a rebuilt rear caliper . I know the '89-up rear disc brakes are a lot better than earlier ones, and i want to put in those calipers instead. Will these go right in or will i need a new master cylinder and/or prop valve? Any info would be appreciated.....

"bought an aftermarket brake set up"? Exactly what did he get/replace in his "aftermarket brake set up"?

His rear calipers will not directly bolt onto your car. They can be made to fit. Keep your eyes on this board for more info on this and other rear brake conversion project info. I should have more info near the end of next week.
