Don't Laugh... but where are the rear shocks

YOU'RE LAUGHING I KNEW IT!

I'm not by any means a dumb person, however, I can't seem to locate the rear shocks . I look under the car and see the coil springs, lower control arms and rear end, but no shocks!

What is wrong with me?........ <= Don't answer that.

Seriously? They should be right beside the springs. Attached to the right beside the LCA's with like 22mm nuts.

Check right next to the LCA on the axel, The upper mount is under the carpet right under the rear seat locks.

Climb under there and look again. The top is under the carpet and a piece of foam.
