SFC's before or after exhaust?

I am going to put SFC's and a custom exhaust on in the spring, should I put the SFC's on before the exhaust so the exhaust shop can work around the SFC's or doesn't it matter???

SFC's first

makes the exhaust work easier cause you know what you are dealing with.

That and you can get the exhaust right the first time without leaks.
