which subframe connector

are they all the same, or are there ones that fit better than others. i have a 89RS with t-tops and a hooker cat back. will any SFC be able to weld in. also where do i weld it.

They are all basically the same. The only difference is that some are tubular and others are boxed.

I have the Spohn SFC's, quality product, fair price, and good detailed instructions.

You will get many opinions on which are preferred. Unless you are experienced with a welder I suggest you get the SFC's installed by someone who has experience.

You should be able to weld ANY type of SFC. The people I know prefer the Bolt on versions and then welding them in.

so that would be better, buy bolt ins then weld them. what are the difference in them. is there holes in the bolt ins

The bolt in versions have holes to line up when installing them.

Let me clarify my earlier post. the mehcanic who installed my SFC's and other people who have done them prefer bolt-in's for ease of install..nothing else. Furthermore, there is minimal difference in price (if any).

Yea, some people like to bolt them in so they are already in place when you start to weld.
