Will SFC's help this?

I have an 89 GTA w/ T-tops. Whenever I go up an incline into a parkinglot on an angle I can feel the body flex and twist, would SFC's help? The T-tops squeak alot when I'm just driving down the road and it's really anoying, would SFC's help this and also help me hookup better of the line? How long do they take to install if you weld them on?

Thanks for your help

they will def. help the flexing, i have parked mine in some funny shaped driveways before, and one tire will be off the ground, that is how stiff they make the car. it should cut down some noise from the T's, it did that in mine, it also stoped the dash board from bounching around in mine.

i really don't remeber noticing any traction gains off the line in mine, but i put mine along with LCA's and a few other goodies so there may be a SLIGHT gain in off the line traction, but i doubt it. it will however make your car handle much nicer and make it more responsive.

Haven't heard a peep out of my T-tops or any other place that squeaked before my SFC's were installed.

They really don't help on traction, but do help straight line acceleration by stiffening up the frame.

They take 2-3 hours to weld in.
