the metal frame of the front most shoes have worn into the drums, a groove, into the outside diameter on the inside face of the drums

what causes this ? the linings arent even really worn down yet, was gonna change htem, but they arent that bad, but they need adjusted out though,. i have yet to get the RH drum off though,

anyone ?>

I have 2 groves in my drum also. MY shoe was worn too much and a piece of metal in the pad was scratching at the drum hard I guess.

Primary is on the rear.

Small shoe on the front, large shoe on the rear. The rear shoe does more braking than the small shoe so it's the primary.
