for a daily driver and a little qtr mile fun does the tower brace help much and is it worth the cost? if so where can you recommend i get them. also, i am contemplating someday putting a 383 or 400 rat otor in it...would i need the frame stiffners in it for that much motor?

It will help more for handling then drag racing. Subframe connectors would be a good investment. They will halp keep you body straight and in good shap, and also firm up the way your car feels and handles.
