Rotor stuck

The rear driver's side rotor won't come off the axle. I've already tried WD-40 and beating on it a little with a rubber mallet, with no luck. How can I get if off without damaging it?

You mean like beat on the backside a little, then the front, then the back, front, ect.? Where? Out towards the edge right? I think I might have to try out my dad's new deadblow hammers too. Thanks
