I've got this problem with my front end. when I crank the wheel all the way and start going, the front end "hops" once. It feels like the wheels are moving in and out. I replaced all the bushings, tie rod ends, center link, and idler arm last year with all new PST poly-graphite bushings. I checked the strut tower mounts and they dont seem to be loose or broken.
Anyone else ever have this problem?

 

I replaced my steering stuff too and my car did what you're describing. Take it to a good shop and have it aligned. Fixed my problem!
