Whats up with my rear calipers

I have ordered rear calipers and got the wrong ones 3 times. Whats up with that? I went to another parts store and they say not available? I have an 89 GTA , 5.7 , auto , WS6 , aluminum calipars - single piston. Where do I get them??? Mine work ok but I have changed everything in the back of the car and want to change these too. HELP

Wow...that sucks. Where are you going for parts? Maybe they just don't know what the hell they're doing. I found them fine online at www.carparts.com and at www.autozone.com. Only drawback is that they're running about $70 each with a $70 core. Order them there and take the core to a local store.

No offense here to the smart parts people out there, but the good thing about poor counter sales help is that when you bring in a core, they usually don't know what it's really for. You can get your money back on almost ANY core caliper, 1LE or not.....worked for me

Speaking of 1LE, maybe you should mention "performance package" when you order them. I know they're all the same 89-up, but some don't. That may do the trick.
