Fuel Relay Problem

I have had fuel relay problems in the past and on Sunday I hit the relay(barely tapped it with me hand) and it started messing up again. The car will not start w/o starting fluid, but once it starts it runs fine. When I turn the key to "On" I get no fuel and when I try to start it I get no fuel. If I move the relay around with my hand and I get it just right I can hear the relay clicking. It is a new relay.
What can I check?
Thanks,
Brady

sounds like faulty relay/bad connection somewhere. check the wires again with a testlight and see if any of them make the test light go on and off.
