Valve Springs

I've already posted this, but somebody must have deleted my thread! It's not bad enough that my headers thread was moved the the exhaust forum where it will get no attention whatsoever. Especially since it's TBI specific.

I need to get these TPI heads ready to go on my engine. I'm getting ready to put a lot of stuff on, including an LT1 cam, the one with .450/.460 lift.

What would be the best place to get some vavle springs, GM, the parts store, or JEGS? I don't know anything about vavle springs. What size do we have? What do I need to know?

I had some other stuff I wanted to know about, that was in the post I made before, but now I don't remember what it was. Don't delete this thread!!!

What heads do you have? The LB9 or the L69? I am doing this myself to a set of 081 LB9 heads. I will be running a cam with lifts of .480

Oh I forgot.....The K-motions will work for cheap with both cams mentioned. I am running them now on my Vortec's with no prob. You can run any 1.25 diameter spring that has enough pressure. I will buy Comp Cams or Crane 1.25 dia. for these heads I beleive.

Hope this helps
