Ok guys, my car was running smooth until yesterday. Well, actually i've had a couple of experiences where it's ideling smooth, and all of a sudden it will shut down. I'll try to start it, i have to keep pressing the peddle, and as soon as it started, black smoke will come out through my exhaust. Yesterday, it started ideling very bad on park. Like if it wanted to turn off. Black smoke again was coming out. The "check engine light" turn on. All of a sudden it stopped, going back to a smooth idle. I changed the O2 censor. It wasn't that. What else can this be? Please help me out guys! Thanx alot!!!

Codes? U mean if i've taken it to be checked out through a diagnostics check? If so, no i haven't. I will be doing this this weekend. But can it be my injectors?

 

You can check the codes yourself. Just take a paper clip and stick it in the 2 pins on the upper right hand side of the diagnostic terminal. Then count the flashes of the check engine light that will give you the code.
