Flow direction of Fuel Filter, ASAP
I just changed my fuel filter and i just wanted to make sure that i put it in the right direction, right now i have the flow arrow going from drivers side to passenger side (from fuel tank to engine i guess), is this the correct flow direction. I am confused because when i removed my old filter it had the flow direction in the other direction but i dont know if i flipped the fuel before looking at it, and i thought it would make more sense if it was coming from the tank to the engine. Am i right. THANK YOU for your help

the arrow should point towards the fitting on the line leading up to the motor. visually follow each fuel line to determine which it is.

vjo, you do have the filter on correctly. And as mentioned above by Demented, by following the path of the fuel which has to go thru the filter before going to the engine, the arrow will always point toward the engine which IS the direction of flow.
