screwy carmaro

hello all i have this problem which i hope some one can help me out.My car is a 92 camaro rs with the 305 5 speed it has been stored for 2 years about a month ago i put her back on the road ever since then it has beening rich i have black smoke on start up and smelly fumes when warm.I've done a complete tune up this help alittle but not that much also changed the o2 sensor.I've played with the timing 0' to 6' advanced with no efect.i've also tried running 195' thermostat no good ether

my mods for air/fuel system go like this
hypertech stage 1 chip
msd igntion
accel super coil
kn air filter
tbi spacer 1"
cold air intake (dryer hose hooked up to the air filter)
elelbrock headers
high flow cat
borla cat back
160' thermostat

All the emisions is still hooked up one other thing that i noticed is that at part throtle 1/8-1/4 the throtle reponse is great any more on the pedal and there is no or vary little difference in performance but the car does fill up with rich fumes at WOT and that's at 60 mph

any help will be great as i sposse to take her on a long trip in a couple weeks and it's starting to scare me

thanks

judging my the poor throttle responce at higher throttle and the smell of exaust in the cabin, i might think that possibly you could have a blocked exaust or a bad catalitic converter.
