Code 44

What is code 44? I don't have my booklet with me and can't remember what it is. Little help and explanation would be greatly appreciated.

I think it's either lean or rich. Code 43 is the compliment. I just can't remember which! I guess that doesn't help you all that much...let me see what I can find on Google.

EDIT: Ok, I was wrong. Code 44 is lean exhaust, code 45 is rich.
Check the O2...what mods do you have?

yeah ur right, its for lean conditions, but my fuel pressure is at 14psi. I wonder if my fuel filter needs to be replaced or something or my injectors need to be cleaned.

I got a 44 code after I did my motor swap and it turned out to be that I never hooked up my vaccum line for the MAP sensor cause I thought it was the vaccum for the EGR at the time and I didn't have EGR so I left it hanging. So turned out that the ECM wouldn't sense any load so it wouldn't had any fuel. Don't know if you might have a similar problem but it might be a start.
