will a truck throttle body work on my car and, if so is a 670 too much ?

Yes it will work and no it isn't to much just adjust the fuel preassure.

 

all the truck TBIs are the same except for the injectors and except for the one on the 454 big block. That TBI is bigger. The one from the 454 is like the 670 cfm Holley one.
