How are you M5 tbi guys keeping up with mustangs?

Has anyone with good shifting been able to hang with any of the new or old GT's or LX's?

Oh yeah, I've done in 2 5.0 LX's that were setup races on backroads. I beat a 96 GT vert too.

Engine: 350 Crate Motor

Transmission: Tremec TKO

Axle/Gears: 10 Bolt 3.73

I have no troubles with any of the 4.6 Mustangs, GT's or Cobras!
Actually, since installing the 350 (still TBI) I've only been beaten by 1 5.0 Cobra, and it was not stock. Can't say how much longer the T5 will last though.

i beat a 95 GT by about a car length, I think it usally depends on the driver. "it the man not the machine"
