Do you have the wiring harness?
If so match up the wire colors, otherwise they are as follows:[list=1][*]Injector #1 (Left Hand) Lt. Blue and Red.[*]Injector #2 (Right Hand) Lt. Green and White.[/list=1]
Each injector has two wires. The Red and White wires share a common fuse (possibly the Ignition Fuse). The Lt. Blue and Lt. Green wires come dirrectly from the ECM. Use a good quality conector to hook up your wires (Weather Pack connectors are used on GM cars as standard equipment and are avialable from your dealer in two four-pin designs).
If you hook something up wrong is wont hurt your ECM or injectors. If either one or both are not working check your fuses first. They should fire alternatingly.
