disconnecting battery--will ECM loose IAC adjustment?

disconnecting battery--will ECM loose IAC adjustment?
I was wondering, if I disconnect the battery, I know that all codes will be erased.
What about the adjustment I made to the throttle stop screw concerning the IAC? Will I have to do the procedure all over again?
(I bought the system from Howell and I had to adjust the throttle stop screw, like they said, cuz it was turning off on idle.)
