Im happy as hell about this one! I got it started yesterday, but I've had electrical demons that I've been taking care of and a few vacuum leaks - the small annoying stuff. Im running rich as hell, and I think my timing is too far advanced (10*) so I gotta tune that all tomorrow. Its flooding when it tries to start, small **** like that left.

But the important thing is that it runs Put 60 miles on it tonight and didnt notice anything that I should be overly concerned about. Since the bottom end was freshend I didnt want to take it past 4,000 rpm. It bogged to hell from idle to 3,000 rpm at half throttle, but thats because Im running so rich I believe, plus I still have the stock gear. It pulled good from 3-4 though. I took it up to 75 on the highway, didnt notice any problem at all, it was only about 2,300 rpm in 4th gear at 85. Lots of potential I think.

Oh well Im just happy as hell about it

 

Good to hear that you got the new setup running! Let me know when you've got times with it. It'd be nice if mine was behaving right now.
