oil sending unit

oil sending unit

I have a 305 TBI
I cannot locate the oil sending unit
Year is 1991
Been looking above oil filter but cant see it

Oil gauge is all over the place sometimes dropping to zero at idle
Engine never over heats so I am assuming its the sender
but
I cant find it
Please advise me

Might want to ask this on the regular tech board, or the TBI board... doesn't have much to do with a V6!

i agree with tom, try a v8 board or electronics to help diagnose the problem.
