For a VERY smooth transition you would need 350 injectors, knock sensor and 350 chip.

You can get away with just the knock sensor and increase the fuel pressure on the 305 injectors (which will be tricky to get perfect) and run the 305 fuel curve.

The 305 knock sensor will detect knock in a 350 engine when there is none due to the larger displacement of the 350. Knock sensor is a $35 piece. So the 305 sensor "will" work but you engine may become retarded

I swapped my LO3 for an LO5 and everything went very smoothly. Part numbers I used:

350 Truck Injectors(2) GM Part#17112493
350 Truck Knock Sensor GM Part#10456288
350 Truck Knock Module GM Part#16128261

I used an ANLU chip for a 350 Caprice.
