stalling problems

hi i have a 83 z28 cfi and lately ive been having stalling and low idle problems i have new plug wires fairly new plugs new coolant temp overheat sensor new temp sensor and new fuel filter.sometimes when i start my car it will stumble and die right away unless i give it gas kind of like its got a carb finally after giving it gas the idle will even out to about 500 .other times it will fire right up and idle beetween 800-1000rpm . but anyways when i start my car and pull out pf a parking spot and hit the brakes or turn a corner the idle will drop and it will stall .the computer isnt throwing any codes and a friend of mine who has a tbi truck says it happens all the time to him and is just an ailement of old chevys that if you dont keep on the gas sometimes it will just cut out.so is this just an old chevy ailment or is my computer going because im out of ideas and its a big pain in the *** seeing as how this happens almost every day. any help is greatly appreciated thanks.

How does the injector spray pattern look? Nice even cone shape or more of a dribble.

Sounds like it could have some injectors clogging.

Bad ignition control module? IAC? TPS? Fuel pump? Coil? Timing off? Maybe run a pressure check on the fuel system. If that turns out okay perhaps start looking at ignition related items.

Forgot that a carbon clogged IAC valve can cause the same problem. That was what was wrong with my wifes Fiero.
