I have been thinking about doing an engine swap for quite some time now, but of course there are always setbacks. I have a 91 RS V8 305 TBI in excellent shape, but I want to put in a 350. As you know, I have that Air Cleaner right above the airtake that actually looks like a Carb. I have my stock hood now so I can get clearance. But, if I were to do a 350 swap with a carb, you think I can have clearance with a shorter intake and Air Cleaner similar to my stock one I have now?

if it will fit under the hood with a 305 it will fit with a 350 unless you get a taller intake when you do the swap. 305-350 are identical in size on the outside anyways.
