Lo3 Stock Cam

I'm new to the forum and i was wondering what the stock duration is for my 1990 Lo3? Also is the cam a hydraulic roller cam? I plan on putting LT1 heads and cam on to my Lo3, if any one has any suggestions they will be greatly appreciated.

teh stock cam is a complete joke, don't even worry about it. the LT1 stock cam is a good idea, but don't waste the money or time on the LT1 heads. you woudl do better with a set of vortecs or world products torquer 305's.
the cam is actually a proven commodity in the LO3. makes for a really good gain in seat of the pants feel and trap speeds at teh track.

I don't even think the LT1 heads would work cause they are reverse cooled.
