New Jet regulator

I have a 383 Stroker in my 92 Camaro. It had a 305. I am using the stock ECM, TBI and basically everything else. I just put in a new AFPR from Jet products. It runs good and idles good. When I am cruising and floor it, it takes aff really quick BUT as it is accelerating it feels like it is pulling and jerking the faster it goes. I mean it still accelerates really fast but just kinda jerks. It does jerk my entire body you can just kinda feel it. Its hard to describe this crap in words. But anyways will adjusting the pressure up or down fix this? The pressure reads about 16psi. With the 383 and bigger cam should this be higher. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks Danny

I have the same injectors and I haven't had a chip made, yet. Do you think I need bigger injectors?

yes, you need larger injectors. My guess is, at very least, you need the 65pph 350 caprice injectors. Depending on the estimated power output of your 383, you may need larger. Regardess, you will greatly benefit from a custom chip. WinALDL is a great, great tool-i highly recommend using it. Drop the larger injectors in first though, so the chip can be tuned around them.
