As of now, I've pretty much done all there is to do to my 305 without diving into the internals of the motor. So now I'm torn as to whether I should go with nitrous or go w/ a cam install. I'm a college student, so while both may be in my future, it would take a while to get the cash together to do so. So in trying to decide, i was wondering what the average cost of having a cam installed is. Thanks

having a cam installed is rathr pricey. think of it as 6-8 hours of shop rate labor(65 to 75 an hour) plus parts. if you do the cam swap your self it will cost aroudn the same as the nitrous kit and it is never empty
