Gunny, could you tell any diff. From what I've been reading on the boards, the intake alone doesn't make much of a difference.

I have a 305 TBI and was considering this.
I would be interested to know if any HP increase on a dyno was seen with this bolt on addition.

Also Ive been hearing going to a 454 SS Throttle Body is another mod for me, but not sure if the Throttle Body from the 454 would bolt up to this manifold. I won't worry to much about this until I switch to a 350 but was thinking about doing alot of bolt ons like this that would carry over from a 305 to a 350

I haven't put mine on yet. I'm waiting to do the cam, intake, timing chain and water pump swap all at once. BUT, the general consesus around here is that you won't notice a whole lot of difference. As long as the cam and the heads are in the way, all your true gains will not be maximized. With the exception of exhaust and gears(not really the engine), most mods on this engine won't reach their full pontential until the weak links are fixed. And they're VERY big weak links.

But I'm just stating what I've found out in the last year from being on this board. I have all the parts, I just haven't done them yet. . . too cold still.
