knock counts
im using winaldl and the knock counts just count up quick when i rev it, but when in gear it only goes up by one or two points. y does it count so high when out of gear and reving. when in gear i can floor it to 5 grand and it wont have another count till i let off the throttle. so it knocks on decel. how can i fix this. my timings at 9° so ill put it to 6-7 and see if it still knocks.

Don't worry about a few knock counts. They're normal. If you don't see ANY then there is a problem or you've disabled the ESC/knock sensor diagnostic code from within the eprom.
Don't retard the timing unless you notice a performance difference. I would only make timing adjustments for WOT when I had a way to measure performance, winaldl isn't good enough. Lockers, wideband, dyno, or the track. Anything else and it's just going to waste your time.
