Hold the larger hex stationary with an appropriate wrench. Loosen the smaller hex nut and there is an O-ring in there. If you're lucky and you haven't bent the line so the O-ring can't seal, then inspect the o-ring and make sure there are no nicks or gouges in it. If it isn't perfect, replace it. Autozone has a cheap rebuild/gasket set for TBI.

I'm presuming that both hex fittings are already tight. Loosen the smaller one before you tighten the larger one, then tighten the smaller one.

And for ***'s sake, get rid of that collar around the TBI!

There is a nylon washer that seals the fuel line to the tb, get some new ones and replace them both. That should take care of the leak.

steve is right. takje a 3/4 inch wrench and put it on the lug that is in the tb and a 16mm wrench and put it on teh fuel line to loosen them. there are actually 2 seals in play there. one is a small rubber ring on teh fuel line and the other is a teflon washer inside the lug taht goes into teh injector tower. when you seperate teh fuel line you will be able to see the rubber ring, it is a redishorange color usually, if it looks good jsut take the lug out of the injector pod with the 3/4 wrench you already have out and make sure tha tis good too.
your parts store shoudl have both in stock adn they are only a few cents each, so it si no big deal to fix.

later

Thanx for the help you all! I'll get the new seals friday morning, hopefully I wont go up in flames between now and then

BTW should I change the seals on both lines going into the TB now just to be safe?

Yes you should do both of them at the same time and when you get that fixed get you some tb cleaner and clean up the tb. That is one dirty tb.
