I think the cam in your link is for flat tappet lifters, you'll need a hydraulic roller cam. Why not go with a LT1 cam or L98 cam? You can find them used for less than $50. They have almost the same specs as the cam you listed. Also plan on changing the valve springs too.
crane cams hyd. roller cams
I just finished swapping in a L98 cam, big difference.

i would just go with a used LT1 cam, for about 50 like stated earlier. A new roller cam will set you back about 250 bucks.

you can save your self a lot fo cash and get a strong emissions legal combo by looking at LT1 and L98 cams. they are hydraulic roller which means they don't wear out and it is safe to buy used ones for under $50.

You might give these guys a call. They used to send me notices containing new crate engine take-out? cams. I think some were roller. http://www.sdpc2000.com/cart.asp action=catalog_start&catid=540
