car boggs at 200 rpms

heres the deal... me car has been running real good lately and I have been ignoring the ses light for about a month nowjust because i dont want things to get any worse for my car.
lately i've noticed that around 2000 rpms in any gear,(i have auto)
it seems to sputter and hesitate to go faster.. once i give it a little more gass it either drops in gear and takes off or very slowly gets faster. code 42 has been coming up as well as others but EST distributer might be the cause of my little bogg as well as a bad egr..( i replaced teh valve and i'm still getting code 32 so i think i need to replace the selenoid) i was also thinking that i might have a bad tps.. I looked at it the other day and saw some of the wire is sowing through the sheet. I know vader has the oem stats so if he or anyone else could give me what my car is susposed to read out that would be cool.

My main question is.. would replacing the distributer get rid of my est problem? or does anyone think i need tro replace my egr selenoid? anyone ever do it b4? would taking the egr valve off be any better? anyone know how to do that... i'm not worried abiout emmisions due to no cat anyway. and finally what are the readouts for the tps. i know there is a post somewhere if someone could give me the link thanx for all the help.

I have an 88 TBI 305 stock everything except sir cleaner
