Hello all

How's things?

About to fire up a D950 with my Weiand MPFI setup and then put a 177 Weiand blower on top of the Weiand MPFI manifold, like the Cad HR Fab guys. See the adapter for the blower-to-carb manifold...

http://www.chrfab.com/Intake_Manifolds.htm

Should work. Blowers push better than they pull.

Gonna be tall, though. Hood mods in the future.

Many vehicles have come, some have gone since I last posted.

Who's got the best TBI these days here??? I hope you guys are still pushin for 350+hp NA.

Well, I'm hoping for 400hp outta my combo when she goes in. I'm just waiting for the shop to finish building her so we can finally get her in the car and running. Check my sigs for my mods and engine specs. My goals are mid to low 12s after supspension upgrades at around 110-112mph. Honestly I don't know how the TBIs' gonna do, but I'm definetely gonna give it a try, and hopefully prove the 2bbl tbi can support this kind of power.

Glad to see you still lurking around. Are you back to stay or just passing thru? If you've been over at the diy prom board you know there have been a lot of neat things discussed. One of them is running a Holley fourbarrel tbi with a GM 747 or 746 ecm. Keep us informed as to whats going on with you're projects.

Yep, still alive...

Wife pregnant with my third, that's my excuse for the absence.

Looking forward to the Spring and spinning some wheels on tar instead of snow, ice, sand...

85*2/.5 = 340hp supportable by two (2) x 85ph injectors at reg op pressure. If you want 400hp, I think you're in trouble without more gas. That 383 will tax the airflow, as well, above 5000rpm so shoot for lower rpm torque, which is where you're headed with the cam you chose. Good stuff.

Steve, I like that 4bbl TBI stuff with GM ECU. That'd be the way to go!!!!!! How about the drivers, though? Must get HOT and unreliable?
