Block off EGR=Gain 19hp?

Block off EGR=Gain 19hp?

I know thats now L03, but would that still mean gains just by removing theEGR and blocking off the hole?

Yup, it was the intake manifold. I knew that from reading sooner than I could have subtracted and come up with a 19hp difference
