Yeah my EGR valve is stuck open... What can I do for now untill next week when I can get a new one? Just pull the vacuum hose off and block the hose? Can I unsrew the EGR valve and somehow block it off untill next week?
I know all its doing is being a vacuum leak right now with it stuck open... No wonder I couldnt find the leak...

My EGR valve on my LO3 daily driver hasn't worked in the last 9 months - hasn't done anything to me except make the SES light come on. I finally got a replacement to put on this week.
Just change it. It's not difficult to change and they are run about $40-45 at Autozone or Advance.
