Where is the adjustment screw?

I have searched and searched and so on. I have found photos and explanations of how to perform the procedure and have seen photos of a TPI. But, where is the Torx screw on a TBI to adjust minimum air? I can't seem to find it. Like I said I've seen the post by a hundred users telling me how to do it and could recite it from memory (or at least the page I have printed in front of me). I must be blind or just a complete idiot because it has eluded me. I think it's hiding from me in an attempt to make me lose my mind.

You are correct, It is hiding from you. There is a steel plug that has to be removed in order to gain access to the torx screw. It is on the front drivers side just like on a carb.
