OK, can someone tell me about the BEST possible chip for a 305 TBI, I've heard about a Police chip, and I know theres that one place that does the 6 stage chip, but I doubt that will help me like i want it to.

What I really need is someone who would be able to burn me a chip that would work with my EXACT specifications, which in the end would include losing the speed limiter, different heads, cams, gears, transmission setup, bored, stroked, fuel setup, its gonna be a whole different engine, and although you generally dont need a chip for a lot of that stuff, I want the ecm to work as if it came off the assembly line like that.

Anyway, can anyone help me out?

If you plan on doing some heavy mods on that 305, and it sounds like you do, the only way to get your car in tune as if it just came off the assembly line is to dive into chip burning yourself or at least have someone that really knows how to burn custom chips make one for you. You're going to want to get Winaldl for starters to get some data readings from your engine and get into the chip burning as soon as you can to learn before you go into big mods. As far as these "Stage (X)" chips go, I wouldn't waste my money on them because that's what they are: a waste. You also mentioned the Police Chip, this is simply a stock chip from a caprice with a 350 tbi and many guys on here will use that prom simply as a starting point when they swap in 350's and retain TBI. So, all in all, I'd say go to the Tech Articles and start reading up on the Prom burning, that's your best bet to a great running engine.
