Why does 1 of my injectors whistle?? is this normal.. it not a hiss my a clear high pitch sound...

and sometimes the same injector drips... pressin the gas gets it "unstuck" and it'll work great for a moment and then start.. the engine is warm..

the sound and dripping don't accure at the same time...

If i mesure the injectors resistance what should it be??

 

The injector should not drip. You might try running some cleaner through the system and if the doesn't work, replace the screens and o-rings on the injectors. They should make "clicking" sounds, this is normal. Some TBIs like to whistle and his as well. Though my stock one didn't much, my 670 whistled like a bat out of he11. I'm not sure what the resistance should be, but you can probably do a search or check a chiltons or haynes to find out.
