Check your Ignition Control Module. They will check it at Autozone for free.

But, on mine, it checked out fine on the AutoZone tester, and when I replaced it, my problem was fixed.

I'm no expert .. but try the EGR valve.. It uses HOT exhaust gas to create a stabilizing vacuum with the manifold... there is a small vacuum hose conected to the side of the EGR valve.. Once the car warms up, TURN IT OFF ... disconnect the hose and plug it with a small screw or something (something that makes a seal) then start it back up... If the idle levels out... and the car runs smooth... change the EGR and YOUR GOLD,... if that doesn't work... check ALL vacuum lines going to any engine sensor... the MAP sensor, the TPS, all that crap, make sure they don't have any cracks, splits, rotten connections... If none of that works... I hate to say it... BUT check and or replace intake manifold and injector gaskets.
GOOD LUCK
