need an opinion

I got the complete exhaust in ( hooker super comp headers, hi flow cat hooker cat back),i did all the ultimate tbi mods, i got the open air cleaner.
The question is now should i get a cam, or gears and posi? I definitely wanna do the gears and posi at the same time, but with the $99 posi from slp possible not being available anymore (apparently they are on backorder until may 5th, if not longer) the gears and posi can become real expensive. Should i just save up and get the gears and posi, or get a cam?

I am in the same dilema as you are. I am going to put in my posi and gears before I put in the LT4 cam because there isn't any point in making power if you are only going to send it to one wheel. Also, most cams move your powerband up a little so you will need the gears anyways. I would do gears.

i would do gears/posi first, but a cam and custom tuning might not be bad. i am not in your shoes but if you plan to go all out with the car in the future, according to others, it is better to get into chip tuning early...
