Fuel injectors????
i have a 91rs 305 and 5 spd.110k on it i think my fuel injectors a bad but they only have 1.4 ohms of resistance. they make a racket, all that loud clicking is almost enough to drive me crazy when under the hood. i also notce that they dont seem to spray evenly all the time at idle. it idles at about 650 to 1000 Rpm. the idle just kinda goes up then down up and down ect. i have not done any thing to the car other than the open element filter, plugs, wires, cap, suspention stuff and breaks, oh ya and a fuel filter.
injectors are a lil expensive for me so i just wanted some people to say... yes it could be injectors or no dont spend money on them.

If you see them spraying unevenly I'd say before you go replacing injectors just buy some of that fuel system cleaner stuff and run some of that through it, it may do the trick or it may not but you're only out like 5 bucks or so.

What do you mean by firing unevenly? The spray is supposed to alternate between injectors. Are getting any codes in relation to your idle issue?

I just had to replace one of my injectors, but it was basically dry at low RPM. The car did not run well at all. About a week before it gave out completely, I noticed an occasional erratic idle where the engine almost would die. The bad injector measured about 1.3 ohms verses 1.5 ohms that the other injector measured. The new injector measured 1.5 ohms also.
