TBI spacer and chip

TBI spacer and chip
Was thinking of getting both of these. Does anyone have a Helix spacer? There is no part # for a TBI F-body. I assume one for a TBI truck will work?
Or any other TB spacers recomneded?
About a chip--I've head lots of negative things about these--but my car is totally stock--wouldn't a chip help a wee bit? Whats a good brand?
I hate how it locks up so early and my car runs too warm for me.

Axle/Gears: 14/41 tooth
I'd skip on both of those mods. Stick to tuning by custom chips or FP changes and base timing changes. Has for the spacer, IMO it's not worth it.
