Looking for peeps in KC area, specifically info on good places to have big projects done and advise for getting (and keeping) a car tagged in MO. (I moved here from KS)

 

I live in Gladstone, which is the Northland and Clay county. Which part of KC do you live in?

What type of projects are you looking to get done?

 

I'm just trying to locate resources for larger projects.
I don't have the equipment of expertise to be porting heads,
swapping engines or working on transmissions in my garage.

Also, as I mentioned, I just moved it MO form KS. I need to find
out how to get my vehicles re-tagged. I doubt the bird would
even come close to passing emissions tests. But I bought it from
a guy in MO, so I assume there must be some way to get around it.

 

Im in independence which is not 5 mins from kc. Like what are you loookin for around here? (paint shopts , auto body shops, drivers license burreru ????

 

We don't have emission testing . Only parts of the Saint Louis area have testing in Missouri. From my experience Independence has a bunch of car places and maintance is where you find the third gen. stuff from here.
